I happened to see an interview with him just days ago. Apparently, he rapped at Churches in hopes to bring youth to Christ. He was against the low life rappers who rapped about drugs and killing cops. If all that is true, then it is a sad day. RIP.

(That kind of line has actually popped up, most recently in the story of those 5 drunk guys in a car going 120 mph and
tweeting “YOLO” (you only live once) just before the crash.
The driver too had a promising career in the rap industry and had made some videos.)
