I bet this thread will be going pretty fast. Until the debate starts.

How I wish FR could handle the load for debates and special events. Why not a chat room? Just for events? Can’t they handle thousands and stay live and fast?.

I forgive FR for not being able to handle the intense simultaneous posting traffic it must endure during debates. I can’t imagine the bandwidth demands resulting from such activity.

Yup, FR will crash once the debate starts... count on it.

I honestly can't remember the last time we had a decent live thread going during an important event like a presidential debate. I keep hearing rumors of "new hardware" that's supposed to address this, but.....?
