To: Cboldt

Was at home on vacation during the first week of October. experienced a small tremor at my house. Less than 8 seconds. The tea in my cup that was resting on the table burbled a bit. I am far from the nearest road, so it was not a logging truck.

Looked all over the net but it wasnt picked up.

We went through a small tremor maybe 15 years ago. The ornaments on the Christmas tree were moving, more or less in unison. Didn't feel anything. That is the only other tremor I've experience here.

Most tremors don't make the news, but they are detected and logged. Hit the USGS earthquake site when you're curious.
