Obama Plans ‘Around the Clock' Blitz (6 states in 2 days, will call undecideds from AF1)

President Obama will spend 48 hours campaigning “around the clock” in a frenzied effort to court swing-state voters two weeks before Election Day.

“The America Forward Tour,” beginning Wednesday, will take the president through six swing states and three time zones during a 48-hour period, the campaign said in a statement on Saturday.

Obama will hold “late night grass roots” events, “meet with volunteers” and “talk to undecided voters” in Iowa, Colorado, Nevada, Florida, Virginia and Ohio on Wednesday and Thursday.

“As the President crisscrosses the nation, he will spend time on Air Force One calling undecided voters, rallying National Team Leaders and volunteers and continuously engaging with Americans across the country about the choice in this election,” the Obama campaign said in a statement.

Obama’s final stop will be in Chicago, where he will “make history by being the first sitting President to vote early in person.”

I don’t know the answer to this, but wouldn’t this be considered a violating the Hatch Act?

Good point. He can't make those kinds of calls from the Oval Orifice, but he thinks he can do it from the airborne Oval Orifice in AF1? Maybe he could make the calls in the lavatory while he is sneaking a Kool, avoid the Hatch Act but only be in violation of the FAA which he fully controls.

I believe so, but the state controlled media will say that AF 1 isn't a "building." Plus, nothing happened to Sebilous when she did it from a government owned building.

Obama's November surprise -

Beginning Sunday November 4 2012 the MSM have agreed to exempt all scheduled programming through Election Day.

All major newspapers' Sunday Nov. 4 2012 headline will be:

George Romney and son Mitt are war criminals!
Highly respected Senator eyewitness, "I cannot hide it any longer."

The only MSM story will be: Mitt: "My dad brainwashed me."

Washington, D.C. (Nov. 4, 2012). Senator John Kerry revealed today, "I witnessed eighteen-year-old Mitt Romney in Viet Nam with his dad George where they raped, cut off ears, cut off heads, taped wires from portable telephones to human genitals and turned up the power, cut off limbs, blew up bodies, randomly shot at civilians, razed villages in fashion reminiscent of Ghengis Khan, shot cattle and tied dogs to the tops of 2 1/2-ton trucks for fun, poisoned food stocks, and generally ravaged the countryside of South Vietnam . . . ."

There is a special phone for campaign calls on Air Force One, I kid you not. Though given his criminal history, I wonder if he even uses it?

Was going to say it sounded like stunts losing campaigns do towards the end.

“Who’s paying for all the Air Force One time? How much is it a minute?”

My question exactly. Air Force One costs $180K hourly, so will his campaign be reimbursing the U.S. Treasury $8.6 million for this boondoggle? http://content.usatoday.com/communities/theoval/post/2012/05/air-force-one-air-fare-179750-per-hour/1#.UILsdsVG-68

Put another way, would he be squandering such sums if taxpayers weren’t subsidizing it? It’s exactly this mentality which should demonstrate to the average taxpayer why this clown needs to go. Of course, since he’s racked up roughly $114 million an hour in new federal debt during his tenure in office, perhaps we should count our blessings that he’s spending his time in this fashion. It might actually be less expensive than if he were sitting in the Oval Office signing new regulations etc.

RE: "Obama FAIL"

.. but he did almost eliminate our trade deficit with Red China -- we don't have any disposable income to buy stuff from Red China.

Just saw some footage of him at an event, and the looked more or less like he was possessed. He was rattling off phrases heralding his vision of a turned around economy. He’s destroying his calm cool composure image.

He looked so manic. He’s sweating folks...

My co-author on “Patriot’s History” Mike Allen pointed out hat almost the only place Obama. Can go to hold a rally/ event is. College campus. That’s the only place where h can draw a large, safe crowd with no hecklers. That’s a great observation.

If he’s got Ohio wrapped up, why waste time there when he should be spending it down in Florida?

I hope a lot of undecided voters he calls have the wit to reply:

“Mr. President, while I’m flattered that you took the time to call me personally, the fact that you are wasting time to make personal phone calls to undecided voters, rather than doing job you were elected to do had made up my mind: I’m voting for Romney.”

Or words to that effect.

At this point in time, ther are no “undicides”. Every individual that intends to vote have made up their mind that they are going to vote either for or against obama. Since either obama or Romney will be in the White House come January 2013, any vote not for Romney is [ no matter what the vote caster tells themselves]a vote for obama.

Reckon I’ll watch after all.
