I think the October surprise was the 47% video! I think it got played early because of Benghazi. Obama just barrowed 16 million from BOA, looks like Obama is running our of cash and ideas!

Makes me glad I closed my accounts there. I don't know how a campaign gets to borrow 16 million when they have a history of not paying vendors, and local governments for security coverage.
