President Obama is set to appear on "The Tonight Show" later this week, in yet another attempt to appeal to voters who don't follow the ins and outs of daily politics.

Well, let’s look at it this way:
The White House Press Corp is just a larger Leno Show.
For 4 years, the press gave Obama a huge wet kiss every time he spoke so there is essentially no difference between a comedian and a journalist.
Both are clowns.
This guy is pathetic.
The more 0 appears on the View, on the Daily Show, on Leno, the less presidential he looks.
Politically, I’m not sure why he’s doing it. But it’s pretty clear that he enjoys being a celebrity much more than being president.
Clinton playing the sax on late night TV is what won it for him.
Leno is NOT Letterman. Besides having quite a bit more class, being funnier and considerably less bias in his jokes (he does truly lampoon both sides), he genuinely doesn’t like Obama. It may not be as softball an interview as Obama thinks.
Barack Obama’s daughters are very smart. They told him they will take the same responsibility for the dog that he is taking for the economy. That way, if the dog leaves a mess in the White House, it’ll be cleaned up by future generations.” —Jay Leno
Well, lets see, theyre now worried the tropical storm Isaac could hit Florida during next weeks Republican convention, but, Florida is ready for it. Thanks to President Obamas economic policies, many of the businesses down there are already boarded up.
“President Obama has announced a task force to review the tax codes. He’s concerned there are too many loopholes and too many people manipulating the system to avoid paying taxes. And that’s just in his administration.” —Jay Leno
Well, according to the Labor Department, unemployment fell from 8.3 to 8.1 percent last month. But that was because only, that’s because, rather, 368,000 Americans gave up looking for work. And today, President Obama said that’s a step in the right direction, and he is encouraging more Americans to give up looking for work so the numbers will come down a little bit.
Is Leno still on?? Haven’t seen him in years...
Another stop in his farewell tour.
It is alternative addiction to him.
Supposedly Jarret took away his drugs, or kept him under control for various appearances that need a bit more than just reading stump speeches.
I knew it was over for us in 2008 when Sarah Palin appeared on Saturday Night Live right around the end of October. In my opinion, a candidate showing up on entertainment shows late in the campaign is an act of desperation. No doubt Obama’s motive is to get the young hipsters excited about his campaign again - get them thinking “Hey, maybe Obama is still cool after all, I think I’ll lay down the bong pipe next Tuesday and throw him a vote!”
All it takes, is for an innocent child to point out Obama does not have any clothes on.
Please, make it stop.
Like I said, clowns.
Leno just doesn’t wear the red nose and funny shoes.
The journalists do.
Clinton playing the sax on late night TV is what won it for him.
That’s how brainless some of the voting public has become.
Shore up that base, Obammie!
Pathetic.
Wait, Obama’s going to be on Leno on Wednesday? Don’t tell me David Spade or Terry Bradshaw cancelled on Jay.
I hope POTUS to be Romney never stoops to the levels Bho did by showboating on the Tv.
How many times does this putz need his mug in front of the cameras? The first time a sitting president appears in person on tv other than a State of the Union address or a legitimate debate should be followed with his resignation two seconds later.
“The Obama Fairwell Tour” I like that!
