Exactly what I was thinking. Should open the way to convict judges and politicians of every stripe when they fail to anticipate and safeguard the public against the ill/disastrous effects of their decisions, rules and regulations.

Excellent idea. When a judge releases a known rapist/killer and the perptrator does it again; Well then the new victim should be able to sue the judge and defense attorney for damages. It is their fault that the action was able to take place since the perp was not in prison where he should have been.

I would vot for that. Be a liberal, activist, moronic, judge and go to jail.
