The problem was not Free Republic. Here was the problem and it was exactly the same as the last debate. This time I grabbed snapshots.

The first bottleneck was PSINet. The second was Verio.

So, what’s causing the bottleneck where you have indicated? Access volume from Freepers? (or maybe others?)

Is it possible to do a quick and simple translation of this for those of us who have no idea what this means? I’m really curious, not trying to be snarky. If it’s too complex, just say, “Sorry, it’s too complex for you.”;-)
