I just caught up with the thread and skimmed through. It was actually funny seeing the repeats and comments.

If you think that's funny, somebody posted an article from 1988 about the Navy Chief Resigning because of cuts the then Sec. of Defense was planning.
Several Freepers jumped on it asking why it was posted in Breaking since it was from 1988. A smarty-pants Freeper came back with this response:
"The story wasn't old when he hit the post button. FR is just really slow tonight."
