Funny thing is Geraldo and Gloria Allred go way back. They were even buddies back in the 80s.
I just checked the Massachusetts Bar website, and checked for Gloria Allred. Well guess what, she just like Elizabeth Warren, is NOT registered in Massachusetts to practice law.
Easier to say we are going to do a full investigation to get all the facts and find out what happened /s

Here is the problem with that: The amount of shares awarded in the divorce benefited from a low valuation. The lower the value, the more shares awarded in order to reach the $1m amount the judge targeted. Had Romney stated that, at the time, the shares were worth $10.00, then she would have only been awarded 100,000 shares instead of the 500,000 she got. Their premise and reality are diametrically opposed. If anything, Romney's testimony helped her.
Now, either Allred and the greedy ex are far too ignorant to realize this or their motivation is not money and strictly an attempt to smear Mitt. Both are blatantly apparent.

Romney wants to get it released so people can see his involvement in the case was purely from a business angle. Nothing unusual there.
Gloria Allred was looking for some controversy but she won’t find it here.

When Allred responds that the American people need to know this info, they can attack her as abusing the court system for political gain, and subtly threaten the judge not to sully her new career (she is only on the bench 6 months) with this.
First, it is not uncommon for concern troll types to be long time freepers who post when elections come around. Second, there used to be a website that provided "used" member log in information. Not sure that works anymore.

Yup. Looks like nothing more will happen on this until tomorrow. Not looking very promising for Allred though, both Sternberg and Staples lawyers sound like they will object to unsealing of testimony.
TMZ is reporting that “Romney lied!” because he understated the value of Staples.
Evidently, Romney’s lawyers say that he wants the documents released because there is nothing in them. The case isn’t about him.
This is all about getting Obamas Libya pooch screw off the front page... Nothing more. Tempest in a teapot.
Allred’s goal may be to simply dominate a news cycle or two and keep Obama out of the headlines for the Benghazi fiasco. That’s the real story of the day, the emails prove that Obama knew on 9/11 that it was a terrorist attack by an Al Qaeda related group and he just turned out the lights and went to bed.
I don’t believe the TMZ report in its entirety, it doesn’t sound like the wording Romney would use.
My guess is that the woman does what a lot of incompetent people do: repeat stories so often enough, they are distorted from the original version and they start believing the distorted version.
I’m taking it on myself to make sure my friends/coworkers DO hear about the Bengazi emails. When the press fails in its duty to help maintain our freedom through the dissemination of truth, that duty falls to us. That’s why I like FR so much. Sure we have our differences, but we are helping keep freedom alive, just by being passionate for truth.

You are exactly right - and I am a lawyer! The problem is that most judges don't have any balls. The judge here ought to throw the bitch out the back door and send her a bill for wasting public resources and the court's time.

OK, but then if that is the case, the American people need to know everything they can about BOTH candidates. Then it becomes time to open up everything about Romney’s opponent too, and I mean EVERYTHING.
