From what I understand he was not allowed to use computers or maybe it was he was not allowed to post on the internet. Someone else posted the film on the net....so still not a violation unless he was not allow by the court to make movies or have free speech this thing stinks to high heaven.
I think so too. Sean Smith was dead within about 20 - 30 minutes from smoke inhalation in the same room. If Stevens lasted the two to three hours before the locals found him he would have been on his last legs for sure. It was actually reported that way right from the start but was overshadowed by the lurid report of sodomy that came from one Libyan paper quoting people on the street. It never had any credibility.

The names are screwing me up. TigersEye, you said the filmmaker was Nakoula. But Van Doorn (shoot, I can’t remember the full handle, to ping him) posted a link saying the filmmaker was Mark Basseley Youssef. Are these the same person, just using a different name?

Even if true, it's not clear to me that even a murderer forfeits his First Amendment rights to free expression.
He was arrested on trumped up charges designed to appease Koranimals. If the Feds can do this to him, why not investigate the tax returns or any other matter of someone who "embarasses" the regime?

I went on my daughter’s computer about a month ago and it’s been crashed for a while. I think it might be up and running again but my husband will probably throw me in the moat if I go on there again and it gets hit again. Seems like whatever computer I go on, it ends up crashing. My husband is not amused. Just another day in Obama’s America...
