If Akin loses this one, according to local radio pollsters, it will be due to the defection of Republican suburban soccer moms to the leave blank option or McCaskill — not Independent women but Republican women.

Two groups that Akin has really managed to alienate. His comments on rape, his attacks on student loans, his opposition to minimum wage, all have cost him with working women and women in general.

Is there anything that you would like to say to them to get them to vote the right way and put Akin into that office???

What can I say that would overcome what Akin has already said?

Why am I not surprised by that answer. Most of what you write comes from Democrat media talking points.

Get your facts straight Delhi Rebels..Akin is against the national minimum wage because cost of living from state to state varies. He believes states should set the wages not the feds.
“Claire McCaskill and her liberal allies are claiming that Todd Akin opposes the minimum wage. As usual, this is a distortion of Todd’s position.

Todd believes that everyone should be paid fairly. Honest work deserves honest wages. However, Todd does not believe that big government policies are the best way to ensure fair pay. Todd believes that states should be free to set their own minimum wages, rather than establishing a national minimum wage. Why should the minimum wage in Alabama be the same as it is in California or New York? Why can’t Missouri set our own minimum wage? Todd Akin believes that Missouri common sense beats Washington, DC big government solutions any day.
