Have read on some thread that Obama's look was because he was asked numerous times for "go" on killing Osama. He said no, no, no.

And, that look was because the attack on OBL was a "go" not by him but by someone who had the ability (or not) to call the OBL attack. That he was maybe concerned what the "Arab Street" might think.
