I don’t think your dream is too far off. It is going to be a blow-out - but, by that much? Maybe just not much!
This article raised some real concerns for me about percentages of voters in certain areas of Ohio, who have already voted. The author throws out the numbers that seem too high, as if they must be wrong. I wouldn’t be so hasty, unless someone can prove that these ballots did not come from legally registered voters, who are still living and breathing.
In Philadelphia in 2000, Al Gore garnered about 100% of the registered voters, George Bush got 19% of the registered voters. That makes the total about 120% of the registered voters voted in Philadelphia. More votes were cast in Philadelphia in that election than there were people of legal voting age in Philadelphia.
