Sadly it’s all but over now. Romney supposedly had a double digit lead with independents and its been erased in mere days. The media has finally tipped the scales. We’ll never win another presidential election unless we run a minority.

Obama drew only 2600 today and Romney is expected to draw 50,000 tonight. I would hardly say its over.

Geeze, and people call me a pessimist....

I think we're seeing a little bit of a Sandy bounce for Obama. Mitt had momentum and it appears to have been stopped for the moment. Unfortunately, we had an act of God, hurricane Sandy, at the last moment of this election cycle and it was one that seems to have helped Hussein.

It's very possible this little bounce will fade and Romney's poll position will improve the last couple days.

You guys really are pathetic!

A single poll and you guys are ready to quit.

Ohio will go GOP like the rest of the nation.

And Wed. we can come back to this thread and show it was nonsense, Independents are not going for Obama.

If I may, I look the internals of all the Rasmussen polls and sometimes those figures jump up and down.
Just the other day in the presidential tracking the support of black people for Obama was “only” around 85%, than the next day went back around 95%. So don’t draw too many conclusions based on a single day poll internals.

The only conclusion is that the match is close, which we already knew.
