Good ideas, but the dye requires physical presence. Maybe national voter IDs based on locally provided IDs (Drivers Licenses or local non-driver counterpart) with added state notation?
But we're going to have to force the "representatives" to pass laws that enforce "one person, one vote"... as one of the first grass-roots based legislative pushes.
We KNOW they won't do it of their own accord.
