Yeh, yeh...gotta have SOMEthing to grump about. Hehe.
I have been focusing on R&R’S energy plan:
1. North American energy Independence within 10 years
2. Lower energy prices stimulates the economy
3. Creates millions of jobs
4. Invigorates American manufacturing because we can be more competitive with lower energy prices.
5. The value of our dollar will rebound worldwide.
Nice!
They actually did, but what really happened was scads of conservatives sitting out because of McCain (McCain/Feingold, "You don't need to fear this man as your President", abandoning the campaign for the financial meltdown, etc).
The conservatives are back with a vengeance this time: picking Ryan as a VP was the signal they needed.
Cheers!
I just voted in Hudson, NH. I’ve never seen that many people at a polling place! Wow!
Maybe I’m wrong, but I think there will likely be lots of blacks voting for Romney. Obama really stepped in it with his support of gay marriage.
We may be a cranky bunch but we’ve got your back.
Thanks. I’ll use that if I reach any undecideds.
I’ve been calling Philly for the past half hour, and I’ve been amazed at the level of enthusiasm I’ve heard from older voters.
Voter Fraud reported on twitter:
@JamesOKeefeIII Talked to friend in Nashua NH this morning whose vote had been stolen by 7:30am by person using name/address/ID.
I just voted for VIRGIL GOODE.
Whatever happens, at least I won’t be ashamed of myself, and can still call myself conservative.
I live in California and won’t vote until I get home from work this evening... but I have an interesting observation...
At work, there is a extraordinary amount of RED clothing being worn today. This was not planned in any way, but I’m seeing many men wearing red shirts and ladies wearing red blouses.
I was standing in my closet this morning trying to figure out what to wear, when I decided, “screw it, I’m wearing RED” to support the GOP. Apparently, many others had the same thought.
1992 when the bad economy caused a sitting President to be voted out.
I am SO mad!!! My son told me that he doesn’t get to vote today because “They never sent my voter package”. He is in the Air Force, stationed in Oklahoma, and has been denied his voice in the election! That is WRONG!!
Voted at 7:30 am in a “less democrat, more conservative area in MN”—yes, there are some of those). The line was not terribly long, and I waited about 20 minutes to vote. Count three votes for Romney—mine, my husband’s, and my daughter’s!
Just spent two hours (!) in line in deep-blue NOVA (Fairfax Co.) The line was easily four times longer than 2008. That’s either very, very good or very, very bad.
If those people were voting for change, then Romney will win 45 states today. If Obama got that many more people to come out for him than in 2008, then today’s result will be the least of our worries....
Any thoughts on WTF is up with the huge turnout in NOVA?
I thought there was some sort of online solution for the military in that situation?
