My dad, 2 months shy of 90 & a WWII vet, had his alarm set for 5:15 to be at the polls when they opened at 6:00. When he got back home, his first words as he came in the door were: "I voted for LOVE OF COUNTRY today!!" Every time I walk by (he's braving the TV - I'm on FR), he holds up his hand, fingers crossed!
