I just had my carb overload. I made a stroganoff. 1 pound of ground turkey, 1 onion, 1 green pepper, salt, pepper, oregano, 2 cloves garlic, box of speghetti, 2 cans of cream of mushroom soup. Topped it with Parmesan cheese.
