If boner were nancy pelosi and Bush were in office and this was his bill... there would not have been any funding of any part of “Bushcare”. There are procedural moves that can be made to slow implementation to a crawl. dims would do it and tell America that they will block it until they control all three branches and then they would pledge to repeal it... but our side are like mittens... too nice and too timid.

So true but the pubbies ARE basically the same as the (D)s. They are controlled by the same elites. The (R)s can only talk a story - they can't implement it. Their money people wouldn't allow such.
