According to a Breitbart article linked from Drudge, he was supposed to testify next week, and now because he's resigned, he won't be testifying to anything. Don't understand that. Why is he eliminated from testifying on what happened on his watch? It's total bull$hit.
This same article reports they believe the White House knew about the resignation prior to the election, as well as Holder's plans to leave, but like the Iran attack on the drone, the Obama administration held the info back so it wouldn't interfere with the election.
