Just let the bush tax cuts expire. This way Boehner can go on TV and say the Bush tax cuts were tax cuts for he rich, therefore the expiration of them takes care of the tax increase on the wealthiest.

Then let the media and Obama try to explain it away.

That's the ticket. The Bush Tax Cuts weren't written in separate sections so to let them expire accomplishes exactly what Obama keeps yelling about, taxing more the “rich”. He's trying to fight a battle he already won because he's about to lose the war and he knows it.
