“the sooner California and hopefully Illinois collapse, the better. I hope they collapse HARD!!!!!!!”

I am a Californian and I completely agree. Actually, in a perverse way, I am glad the RATs now own California, because it will cause the financial crash to happen sooner. Cities and Counties are already going into bankruptcies, and they will multiply. It will be interesting to see if the State tries to bail them out. The PE pension system assumed in it’s model back in 2000 that the DOW would be at 28,000 by now and that their investments would bail them out. OOPS!

Why does everybody think things will get better after a collapse? We will still have the same cast of characters all with their hands out. The unions will still control the politicians and the permanent underclass will still be the voting majority. We will just become a pemanent third world state.

I’m in CA too and I completely agree with you. Just let it collapse. The sooner the better. Do you live anywhere near San Bernardino? The downtown is a crumbling ghost town. Entitlements and union pensions. The rest of the state will follow.

Just wait till they start construction on high speed rail. Then you will really see the California economy boom.
