It's one thing for a Democratic presidential candidate to dominate a Democratic city like Philadelphia, but check out this head-spinning figure: In 59 voting divisions in the city, Mitt Romney received not one vote. Zero. Zilch.

These are the kind of numbers that send Republicans into paroxysms of voter-fraud angst, but such results may not be so startling after all.

"We have always had these dense urban corridors that are extremely Democratic," said Jonathan Rodden, a political science professor at Stanford University. "It's kind of an urban fact, and you are looking at the extreme end of it in Philadelphia."

If these machines could be "jimmied" to give a 0 reading for Romney, then any machine anywhere coule also be rigged. A couple of thousand votes here and there in the battleground states, then you have stolen the election.

If these results seem incredible (and they do), it should be quite easy to compare them to the 2008 election. If there are votes for McCain (it seems like there should be), then this would be proof of fraud. What we need is proof.

How can we get the 2008 results to compare with these suspect precincts?

Throw out this all-fraud county and Mitt wins Ohio, no question!

Why? A total of 5,364,324 “people” voted in Ohio. Obama got 2,691,861 votes, while Romney got 2,584,620, a difference of 107,241 votes.

How did Cuyahoga County’s 900,135 votes affect the final result? You do the math.

For Ohio to certify this result would be a crime in and of itself.

I suggest we just focus on the swing states, but it is true that many Congressional and Senate races are also affected, from Allen West to, I believe, Mia Love. Mia was up by 10% the week before the election and lost by 3,000 votes to Matheson in a state that went 73% for Romney. Not likely!

You know that how? These voting machines are extremely easy to use with a final check before pressing ok. The roughly 300 votes per division could all be cast without mistakes for 59 out of 100's of divisions being tested.

Romney was flawed, I know. Didn't seem to hurt him all that much in the uncontested read and blue states.

A hundred thousand votes, give or take in each battleground state (Philly was more - committed) - with stories like this, Cleveland, Broward and St Lucie counties and on and on, why do so many on the right think the vote fraud couldn't have made the difference? Then, this should also have been challeged in 2008 and it may have been nipped then. Did anyone bring it up then? How about the precincts that had 100% turnout? And the declining percentage of Republican voters as the election progressed?

Except that is 59 tests out of 1600. Let's at least assume all 400 people in the division wanted to vote D. Let's say there are 1000 tests of these 400 people (400k out of the 675K blacks). That they got it right 59 out of 1000 times is not impossible. The machines are dumbed down to prevent mistakes.
