Kerguelen islands http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kerguelen_Islands are sounding better & better. How hard could it be to capture them from around 100 French scientists?
There is a difference between a ‘US Citizen’ and an ‘American Citizen’.
You can’t deport either one, but only one is beholden to the government [which is a private corporation].
Your proposal is acceptable.
