John Dean’s wife Maureen was a whore, who had her photo in the DNC national hooker book, which was stored at the DNC HQ in the Watergate. The whole damn Watergate breakin was orchestrated by Dean to get the photo and info removed.
Now, how about that? And no surprise Dean turned state’s evidence (holier than thou). To this day the sleaze bag won’t fess up. No longer matters I suppose.
But, THAT was what it was all about. Nixon wasn’t worried about McGovern for God’s sake.
