I don’t know how he can be stopped. He has control of the Senate.

Takes 60 votes to stop a Filibuster. The POS Dems ONLY have 55. McPain IS a RINO but I REALLY would not want to PISS him off, he COULD get ugly.

Nominees have to be voted out of committee to receive a floor vote... it is simple... we block obama like they blocked Bush.

Even if he didn't have control of the Senate Obama still can't be stopped. He'll just by-pass it. What would the Republicans do?

Answer: About the same as they're doing now about the 2012 Voter Fraud.

EO: Immigration... oh such a long list and pile of paperwork on John Boehner's desk.

Yep.... The senate will ratify the treaties an confirm the appointments.

All else is executive order.

House side of congress is a paperweight now.

My opinion .

Not enough to prevent a filibuster unless Reid follows through with the nuclear option on the filibuster rules. The GOP can absolutely refuse to allow a confirmation vote on appointees that are deemed too extreme. The dems did that to W on several excellent judicial nominees - and Zero was an enthusiastic participant in the dem obstruction back then. So he can bluster all he likes.
