The effort to repeal has two strikes against it, from SCOTUS and from the recent election. So while the task is more difficult, the game is by no means over. Remember that it took 13 years to repeal Prohibition. But also remember that the Medicare Catastrophic Coverage Act was repealed within 6 months of being implemented. Major parts of Obamacare don’t get implemented until 2014. At that point, the SHTF.
Redstate took the Cannon article and expanded it - some pretty good comments if you are interested. Congress is going to have to “open” the Obamacare behemoth & make changes for it not to collapse under its own weight.
