Back home after a little work and a little fun. Attended the TSO Christmas concert in Portland on Sunday. It's a tradition for us as is shopping at Washington Square. I looked for some foreigners from California taking advantage of our zero % sales tax but didn't see any.

Well Pa I got bad news and bad news. The bad news is that the sound is as low as it’ll go and the bad news is that you don’t even have your hearing aids on.
Amazed at the height of the Williamette River in Eugene on Tuesday. Flooding at the lower bike & jogging paths along the river; the new storm is forecast to bring up to 8” in the higher elevations of Curry County. I think the Elk, Sixes and Coquille are still blown out from storm a week ago. Salmon and Steelhead are happy, the fisherman are not.

The light rain has brought us 1.8 inches of mist (mist Oregon and rained like hell here) and that was just from 3 AM...

Room? Who sleeps in Vegas?
Flood watches throughout Oregon. High winds & heavy rain and a forecast of a major cool down coming w/highs in the 20’s and lows in the single digits. Been married for 28 years and 3 days and Mrs. Happydog says she’s almost ready to give up on trying to “sophisticate” me. You’d think she’d be happy that I’m poddy trained.
