The fist part of the section would seem to prohibit discrimination against entities that prohibit assisted suicide. Why would this need to be codified, do you think?
Yup- so is there a section making assisted suicide legal, regardless of existing laws?
Or one providing for a fee schedule for euthanasia?

I guess that means such backward institutions, like Catholic hospitals, will be tolerated, for now.
