No, but he doesn't have to be. He just needs to be possessed by Satan, the rest of the way. I've doubted that he could be, due to his sheer incompetence, for too long. But Satan is not incompetent. Barry Soetoro was born at the right time, 1960-1962 range, as many of us who were studying Bible prophecy back then figured. (No, I don't remember how - I was 50 years younger and had more functioning brain cells.)

He could be the anti Christ, but my Bible says that we will NOT know who the anti Christ is until he is released in full on the world
The Rapture will take place before he is revealed to the world.
But yes he could be alive and well and among us as we speak, but we do not know who he is yet
