I am expected to speak a language th is othe than English (which NEEDS, by the way, to be declared official, but has ont been)
My comment was sarcastic. I get pissed when the “Americans” around me don’t stand up for their language, but apologize (white guilt/ American guilt).

sorry...I guess I was being cranky....and I get it when one is around those who refuse to speak the language of the land. And by the by English was indeed declared the official language of the land (because it is what is used for government documents) back in the 1800s
