Perhaps he might enjoy a trip all by himself where he could tour the entire country in a non-armored vehicle and see all the local sites. I’m sure I could find a few thousand friends in Texas who would be happy to show him the “best” places to cross the border as he heads south and even have a bon voyage party on his behalf.
