To achieve your objective with a large scale terrorist attack you have to orchestrate the news before the attack then you have to follow up with the right spin of the news after the attack.

Whoever is spinning the news before and after the attack is the person with the objective.

The orchestrated news before the attack was “Bush stole the election”.

The spin of the news after the attack was “Bush Knew/Bush brought down the towers”.

IIRC it was sometime in 2005 that a UBL tape was released where UBL says the objective of the 9/11 attack was to bring down the president.

Considering the fact the Clintons had what was called a “20 year plan” (BC would serve as president for 8 years, 4 years of someone else as president, then Hillary would serve 8 years), the Clintons had to have a plan to make sure Gore didn't get elected and a plan to bring down the next president.
