There might be one or two who are actually picking up the direction the author is taking us to. That’s the use of the global warming excuse to do so some massive social engineering. Namely shrink the suburbs and place population into controlled “sectors”. Nor are they linking that opus by Chinn to the administration policy on uses of energy supply. Coal,nat gas, oil, etc and the costs.
