As for Starbucks, I refuse to buy coffee where I’m required to order a “grahn-day” instead of a large. I just feel too stupid saying it. I’m a Dunkin’ person, anyway.

Nope, there’s no such “requirement.” I stroll in and order a small, black decaf...and they turn over the correct drink. Sometimes they’ll say “room?” and I reply “No, black.” I refuse to play their pretentious word games.
I favor Dunkin Donuts as well (consistently the best franchise coffee out there) but when I do go to Starbucks, I refuse to use their silly language. I always order small, medium or large.
