All you need to know about "FREE" healthcare can be found in the Tuskegee experiments.

The Tuskegee syphilis experiment[1] (also known as the Tuskegee syphilis study or Public Health Service syphilis study) was an infamous clinical study conducted between 1932 and 1972 in Tuskegee, Alabama by the U.S. Public Health Service to study the natural progression of untreated syphilis in poor, rural black men who thought they were receiving free health care from the U.S. government.[1]

Sure, I trust the U.S. government. NOT.

Steve Milloy, an anti-global warming guy, reported that the EPA has done experiments on people, having them inhale various toxic fumes.

Sadly, the Tuskegee Experiment is widely known by the black community. It is taught at part of Black History Month, yet they leave out the part that it was conducted by a largely Democratic controlled government. They use this to teach them to distrust “white government”, which is why they’ll vote for Obama even as they’re being marched up to the edge of body-filled trench.
