Anyone monitoring me would be bored out of their skulls. Ha-ha! Absolutely, and applies to monitoring any of us. Civil servants are lazy and bored at doing real work. They are certainly not working quickly at monitoring anything from us peons, something they would quickly tire of. They are probably playing Solitaire while awaiting their next paycheck.
