The Kellogg Foundation, like most big foundations are not connected to the business that made the fortune of its founders. Most were started with good intentions, but generations later were captured by liberals that got on the controlling boards. Ford, Rockefeller, Howard Hughes, etc are all funding leftist stuff the founders never would have backed.

Conservatives are too busy with family and hard work to make money to worm their way into college leadership, government bureaucracy or the non-profit foundation stuff. We have ignored what now have become levers of leftist power. Too bad as opinion making is what got the left in permanent control of our USA.

We have to replace the big dead rich guy trusts with some basic inheritance requirements ~ e.g. when you die all your wealth at or above the 98th percentile has to go to your closest 500 blood relatives (details to follow).

That would allow family owned businesses to continue to exist and to compete against large corporate interests.
