Understood - the "47%" was just to belabor the Romney "gaff". Even the 51% only adds up to about 25% or so of the actual voting-age populace as far too many just don't vote. I guess it's easier to get the leeches to vote than it is those who are fed up with providing the blood for them - go figure.
