Senate Bill 42: Revise commercial drivers license detail
Passed 105 to 2 in the House on March 19, 2015, to revise various details in the state law prescribing commercial drivers license standards, procedures and penalties. Among the provisions are prohibitions against fraudulent license and permit testing and fraudulently obtaining a commercial driver license.
