House Bill 4762: Impose annual mileage tax on all vehicles

Robert Kosowski (D) on July 14, 2015, to impose a new tax of $50 for every 10,000 miles a car, truck or motorcycle is driven, in addition to current vehicle registration (license plate) taxes.
