Senate Bill 374: Create statewide school violence “hotline”
Passed 38 to 0 in the Senate on June 18, 2013, to require the Attorney General and the State Police to create a “hotline” manned 24 hours a day all year long to collect “confidential reports of unsafe, potentially harmful, dangerous, violent, or criminal activities.” These could include cell phone camera and video images.
