These marxists never believed any of that “content of your character” stuff. It was just a lie they were selling to white folks. Now that people of European origin proudly stand up and parrot that lie 24 hours a day they are laughing. They never intended to hold hands and sing in harmony around the world. They just wanted to take what white men built. Continuing to throw their old lies back in their face means nothing to them at this point.
For the most part I’m sure you are right. Which is not to say that at some point in history - for example the “I have a dream” speech - there may have been those that believed the words for a few moments in time. Or not. I’m not sure - I wasn’t there and none of us can reliably see into others’ hearts.
But as things have turned out - at the end of 2012 - you are clearly correct. It’s all about race, favored groups, stigmatized groups and robbing peter to pay paul. That is what our politics has devolved into.
But it may or may not have started out that way. I’m not smart enough to know for certain.
