Is it just me or is Savage getting boring since he got his new show? I’ve been a loyal listener since 2001 but more often than not now I find myself bored with him. He spends SO much time puffing himself up that it really gets tired. Seems to be a rarity to get one of those classic amazing Savage shows.

RE: Savage boring

I've recently come to accept that Savage is aiming for a new brand.. I think his ego tells him that the majority of his adoring listeners will stay but he needs to attract millions more if he is to become Number One.

He'll still have some current news and issues.

I can take a couple hours of the new Savage now that (I think) I know -- especially if he starts including his health and wellness stuff like he did in the 1990s. Very interesting and helpful for this old geezer.

I posted a few days ago that I forget to listen to him and maybe have heard 4 - 5 of his new shows

tuned in today to see his reaction and well we know where that went

and yes you are right he is so self absorbed, his new show is the same old same old with the bragging- I thought it would be better - thought he was sticking it to his old boss by being that boring, but nope
