Let me make it clear to any white male thinking of running for president: you cannot win so don't even run( that's a note to you jeb Bush, Chris christie etc.). Only chance we have is to run a woman, or minority to break the media matrix. Sarah palin could have and still can you hear me Palin? Susana Martinez, Niki Haley, etc. only chance.
I hear what you are saying and while I don’t necessarily disagree with some of that assessment, I think the Dems will continue to provide handouts and in essence own the voters. My guess is the Dems will have a Latino candidate in 2016, maybe a Deval Patrick, possibly a woman, but that person will be seen as Santa Claus. Because of the electoral college, it will be tough for any GOP candidate to win the White House again. The other races, certainly in 2014, I think Conservatives will rebound mightily, but the presidental races, it will be a monumnetal task. Problem is: we run a woman or non-white male, he or she will be vilified to epic proportions by the media, pop culture, etc. and it won’t be regarded as racist or sexist because it is being done not only by liberals but likely women and/or blacks in addition to the Chris Matthewses of the world. Too many stupid, irresponsible and stupid people vote.

Believe me, they will discredit ANY Repub candidate; I remember what happened to Palin.
