Here is her bio. She is the daughter of about the most evil guy I knew from Washington DC in the 60’s. Judge David Bazelon, a card carrying self hating Jew with an enormous white skin privilege guilt complex. Small wonder he produced such a vile and feculent daughter.

Feculent? Maybe, but she's his granddaughter (as it says further down in your article), not his daughter.

You can google and find a lot of repellent things Emily Bazelon has said and done and written. About abortion, about white men, about school bullying victim Phoebe Prince. She doesn't appear to have written much about Israel, though she did rather incoherently defend going on an AIPAC junket. Obviously, she's not ashamed about being Jewish, but I'm not sure it's as central to her concerns as some people (often on some pretty disreputable sites) claim.

About the grandfather: I don't know that it's so easy to condemn people from a half-century ago. Some of their stands and beliefs may have been terribly wrong-headed, others not so much.

Sorry , I meant to respond to this earlier. The term feculent for Judge Bazelon was deliberately chosen. In the spring of 1965 American University Law school had a lecture series which featured Bazelon and some other luminaries in discussing ‘the big issues in law and government’. I had read Bazelon’s ‘The paper Economy’, I think was the name of his book on the structure of the non-specie based economy. His lectures were lucid but disturbing, at least for me, even though I thought of myself as a liberal at that time. Basically Bazelon was obsessed with what has become known as ‘white skin privilege’. He found the ‘unfair advantage’ white men had taken to conquer the colored nations, establish slave regimes, create jim crow and an endless laundry list of historical sins had created a world and a United States of vicious inequalities and institutions born in violence and maintained by fraud and force. Decades and decades of penitence would have to be done by white men including humbling themselves and for many living economically restricted and deprived existences in order to just begin to make up for the endless sins of white European men throughout history. His honor had an angry depressed mien about him as though he were in a state of perpetual barely suppressed rage about the sins of whitey. The two times i saw Saul Alinsky in the flesh on TV he projected the same depressed, seething rageful persona and a ‘people's priest’ (white) from an inner city parish in Detroit who was brought in to lecture us whitey's on our sins had the same sour depressive anger about him. These people are s-it pure and simple. They propagate a racism as vicious and toxic as anything the likes of Theodore Bilbo or John Rankin ever spewed, they are just smarter and more articulate and more dangerous.
