Every blog I have commented on I have hit the grabbers hard, reminding everyone there that the staff at schools are denied by law the choice to carry a weapon which might give them a chance to stop the random maniac. In CT we saw what does not work.
I also remind them that punishing the tens of millions who did no wrong, who would have gladly put themselves in harm's way to save even one of these lives is patently wrong, especially when the very rules they made prevented that.
Maniacs and criminals don't go by the rules. We need to make sure the rules don't favor their rampages.
