And what exactly would he be keeping his good guns for? What's he gonna do the next time the jackbooted thugs come calling? Will he give them another throwaway gun, or one of his 'good' guns?
At what point does such a person exercise his God-given right to defend life and property? When all he's got left is a dull kitchen knife? Perhaps at that point, he'll realize what he should have done the first time they came calling.
