Because of all the noise made by some in this administration, any AR platform firearm which sold for $750.00 to 1,200 a couple of weeks ago is now going for $1600.00 - 2,000.00+ on the private open (Non-FFL) market. No FFL dealer seems to have any for sale at any price. Added to this is 20 and 30 round magazines - none available from a licensed dealer but a $19.00 30 round P-Mag is now $60.00 each on the private market! Good luck with that $500.00 buy back.
Feinstein should now be declared the "Gun Salesman of the Year".
But look at our Texas state board ..... and btw, this will not last very long. Demand will bring more mags and weapons to market. And look for the good-quality mags discussed by our fellow Texans in some detail, esp. the Izzy-manufactured ones. Not owning an AR type, I'm not participating in that discussion, but you might be interested.
